CURATED RESOURCES

Each health topic below includes links to beneficial resources I have acquired throughout my Master of Health Studies coursework. Click on the title of a health topic of interest below to be externally linked to my Abode Spark webpages where you can view my collection and links to various related resources. I often include resources relevant to Alberta, my home province. All of my curated resources have furthered my understanding on these topics as I synthesize information and relate to my profession, experiences, and interests involving the health of Canadians. My curated content often includes more information on healthy aging, senior health, and physical activity.
